These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mplay8 governing your use of the mplay8 platform, including the sportsbook, casino, and slots products. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use mplay8. By creating an account you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to engage in online betting in your jurisdiction.
Each player is permitted to hold one mplay8 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mplay8 will never request your password. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility.
All transactions are processed in MYR. Withdrawals require completion of KYC verification. mplay8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction before processing.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions detailed in the applicable promotion terms. General bonus rules are set out in Section 8 of these Terms.
Collusion, arbitrage betting strategies that abuse platform pricing, use of automated betting software, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager on mplay8, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and close your Account.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and mplay8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an Account on mplay8. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this minimum age requirement. mplay8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3.2 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating or operating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. In the event of duplicate Account detection, mplay8 may suspend all associated Accounts and forfeit any Funds held across those Accounts.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using mplay8 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. mplay8 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Access to mplay8 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not authorised.
4.1 mplay8 operates under international gaming authority compliance frameworks that mandate identity verification of all players prior to the processing of withdrawals. KYC verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of residential address.
4.2 mplay8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including during withdrawal processing or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.
4.3 KYC documentation is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.1 Currency. All Account Funds are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mplay8 does not apply currency conversion fees to MYR transactions.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. mplay8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Available payment methods are subject to change; current options are displayed at the cashier section of the Platform.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the cashier section.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within one business day under standard processing. Gold VIP tier and above benefit from priority processing with a target turnaround of under two hours during operating hours. mplay8 charges no withdrawal processing fee.
5.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit, subject to applicable limits. mplay8 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal of an unusual or high-value nature.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated a dormant account. mplay8 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address on file prior to any deduction.
6.1 All bets placed on the mplay8 Sportsbook are governed by these Terms and by the specific sports betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published on the Sportsbook section of the Platform.
6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the cash-out function is expressly available for that market and the offer is accepted prior to event completion.
6.3 mplay8 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an error has occurred in the display of odds; (b) the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the permitted window; (c) the bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of a technical malfunction.
6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the official result published by the relevant governing sports body or recognised statistical provider shall be determinative. mplay8's decision on settlement disputes is final.
6.5 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all sports and are displayed on the relevant market page. mplay8 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on any market at its discretion.
7.1 All games available on the mplay8 Casino and Slots sections are provided by certified third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own paytable, RTP, and game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
7.2 All slot games use independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are governed by physical card shuffling, roulette wheel mechanics, and dice rolls executed by human dealers in a live studio environment.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session — whether affecting the Platform, the game software, or the live stream — the affected game round may be voided. If wagers were placed on a voided round, the stake amount will be refunded to your Account. mplay8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a technical malfunction beyond stake refund.
7.4 Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run return percentages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Results for any single session may vary materially from the published theoretical RTP.
8.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards credited to your Account are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion, including minimum odds requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods.
8.2 Unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn.
8.3 Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Where multiple bonuses are active simultaneously, the oldest active bonus will be used first.
8.4 mplay8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has been credited, the bonus and any wagering requirement attached to it remain subject to the original promotion terms as they stood at the time of crediting.
8.5 Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and may result in Account suspension.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mplay8 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds:
10.1 All content, software, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and proprietary data on the mplay8 Platform are the intellectual property of mplay8 or its licensed third-party providers. No licence to use any intellectual property is granted to users beyond what is strictly necessary for the personal use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
10.2 Scraping, data mining, systematic extraction, or any commercial use of content from the Platform without prior written consent from mplay8 is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, mplay8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.2 mplay8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mplay8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities, although mplay8 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform security and availability.
12.1 mplay8 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is for adult entertainment only and is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21.
12.2 mplay8 provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed by the player during the exclusion period.

13.1 mplay8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, mplay8 will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to the registered address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform before the amended terms take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority framework under which mplay8 is operated.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through mplay8's internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team. mplay8 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a final response within 14 business days.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process outlined by the applicable gaming authority compliance framework.
